I have been an independent consultant since 2012 via my company, CEGLOBAL. I have worked with a range of clients, from non-profit organizations based in the US and abroad to government entities and international organizations such as the United Nations. My work focuses on:

  • Research, Analysis, and Evaluations: I have done both quantitative and qualitative research for clients on issues related to extremism and terrorism, gender, the Middle East and North Africa, United States foreign policy, and international development best practices. This may include researching and writing reports on a specific topic, performing programmatic evaluations, and/or creating data-based visualizations and analysis.

  • Training Curriculum Development: I have created training curricula focused on adult learning at all levels, from experienced businesswomen to illiterate wage workers. My efforts focus on creating functional templates for specialized content providers; ensuring that the training has clear metrics, goals, and objectives; and creating a successful training curriculum that meets the needs of the trainees and remains flexible enough to grow and shift over time. I also perform reviews and evaluations of existing curricula to pinpoint areas of further development.

  • Policy and Advisory Services: With more than a decade in international development, foreign policy, and academia, I am well-placed to advise on a host of topics, such as the understanding the operating environment in a Middle Eastern country, understanding and updating US development policy, or potential solutions to foreign policy problems.
